Trilithic and CommsForce Announce Partnership for exclusive product sales, servicing and training provisions for the Australian HFC network expansion

It is with great pleasure to announce that CommsForce Australia has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with US based Trilithic.

Established in 1986, Trilithic specialises in Emergency Alert Systems (EAS) and XFPT but is best known for their world class Broadband Instrument innovations (HFC) - signal level measurement, leakage detection and reverse path maintenance.  With over 130 employees worldwide, Trilithic’s headquarters are based in Indianapolis, USA, however they also maintain an Eastern presence after expanding operations to Thailand in 2001, to meet increasing demand for its products in Asia.

Trilithic’s decision to partner with CommsForce centres around CommsForce’s historic relationships with major Telco’s, construction partners and OEM’s. This experience and extensive in-country service capability provides the confidence that this partnership will benefit the Australian market.

This exciting partnership enables CommsForce exclusive access to sell and service Trilithic test equipment and to develop HFC specific training modules in Australia. CommsForce will be responsible for all of Trilithic’s technical support, installation, warranty, maintenance and aftersales service.

Importantly this partnership will also allow CommsForce to facilitate growing market opportunities with NBN’s and DOCSIS 3.0 & 3.1 deployments.

“At CommsForce we are very pleased to be the exclusive authorised distributor for Trilithic products and services in Australia,” comments Rocco Losurdo, Sales Director at CommsForce. “By partnering with Trilithic, CommsForce can now provide a comprehensive range of products and services to satisfy growing market demands and leverage our existing supply contracts with Telstra and NBN Co.”
