Purchasing Terms

CommsForce operates from Australia. All prices are in Australian Dollars.  All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Delivery Terms

CommsForce Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide at no additional cost.
Delivery in Australia: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 2-3 working days of receiving your order (you will be notified if there is an unexpected delay in dispatching your goods).
Your order will be dispatched by independent courier service -  StarTrack.  Most deliveries arrive within 2-5 working days, depending on location (regional areas may take longer).

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from CommsForce simply return you purchase within 30 days from the date on your invoice for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in their original, saleable, condition.  Saleable condition means they must not have been used, washed, work or soiled, must have their product tags attached and be in their original product packaging.  CommsForce will refund any payment transactions back to the original credit card or bank account.  The amount will be refunded in full less any bank transaction fees.  Please ensure that you provide the transaction date and reference number for your transaction.  For refund assistance, please contact the Finance Manager at ailsa.strachan@commsforce.com.au

Faulty Goods or Goods Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is faulty or damaged in transit we will send you a replacement at no charge.  A faulty product does not include products that are the wrong size or fit, unless this is the result of faulty manufacture.  you will need to return the product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.  Please call us on 1800 825 022 9am-5pm Mon-Fri for details on how to return your product freight free.

Security Policy
